Bouldering

Felix's friend Alison has been taking him bouldering at the local rock climbing gym. This past week the whole family tagged along to watch Felix climb. He was really comfortable on the wall and was proud of his climbing. He loves it and we love that he has such a fantastic opportunity to learn with a great teacher!

Another Tradition

Another tradition of ours is participating in the Oregon beach clean up every fall. This year we were prepared for the worst. The weather forecast was for rain and wind but when we got there the sun was out and it was gorgeous. What a day!

Tradition

According to tradition, we woke up before the sun on Labor Day morning to drive to Hood River for the Columbia River swim. Everyone was a little groggy but happy to cheer on Josh as he jumped from the boat into the river and swam to his awaiting family. Felix has been taking swim lessons and declared that he wants to swim the river too. Maybe next year?!?!?
